Refund policy

Due to our products being fulfilled on-demand no refunds or exchanges are accepted. We have a 15-day replacement policy for damaged items only, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a replacement. All items are inspected for quality standard before shipping; however, we understand that some errors can be missed. Please note that replacements are not supported for incorrect sizes, colors, or buyer's remorse.

To be eligible for a replacement, your damaged item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging (showing no signs of additional damage from user handling). You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase and proof of damage. 

To request a replacement, you can contact us at help@brokenbonesdoheal.com. Please note that replacement items will be sent to the original shipping address. Items sent back to us without first requesting a replacement will not be accepted. 

Qualified Damages 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Items that are considered damaged or defective are those that have obvious cracks, holes, or tears and damage to the integrity of the item that render it unusable. Misprints and noticeable design errors are also considered damaged and defective.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
